One of my favorite stores to coupon at is CVS. If I plan on taking advantage of any CVS deals for the week, I usually end up there early on Sunday morning. There are only a couple of CVS stores in my town, and one is on the other side of town. The one near me is right down the street but they don't keep a large stock of items so I try to go as soon as possible after the sale starts so they are more likely to have what I want. Before I post the trip, I do want to say that it is a small trip. I had planned on doing a Glade scenario this week with the Sense and Spray refills but I thought they were going to be $3.99 regular price (looked up the price on CVS.com) but at my store, they were $4.49, so I decided against it after all. Here's what I did get though:
1 CVS body wash $2.37
4 CVS hand soap $8.00 ($2/ea)
2 Biore makeup remover towelettes $5.98 ($2.99/ea)
Coupons used:
(1) free CVS body wash $2.37 (from Minute Clinics fb page NLA)
(1) $4 off and $10 skin care purchase (from CVS coupon machine)
(1) 25% off CVS coupon $2.50 (from CVS email)
(1) $7 ECB (from last week)
total oop (out of pocket) including 6.75% tax $.98
received $ ECB ($5 for purchasing 2 Biore products and $3 for purchasing $10 worth of certain CVS products), so really, $.02 MM!!
